Talking to Chatbots I (blog inspiration songs)

The Playlist is a central theme of Reddgr’s Blog. Each blog post in the series is inspired by a song from the Playlist and features two essential elements: a human (😎) – AI (🤖) chat, and a connection to another media such as a book, film, video game… Some posts also contain ideas or stories related to the chatbot conversation, but not particularly tied to the song. The links below will take you to each of the posts inspired by songs. If you would like to read only the sections of the posts that explore the songs or the artists, the ‘Talking to Chatbots‘ page includes links to separate chatbot conversations.

  1. Tears For Fears – Shout
  2. Kings of Convenience – Homesick
  3. The Smiths – Bigmouth Strikes Again
  4. M83 – We Own the Sky
  5. CEO – White Magic
  6. Kraftwerk – Tour de France ’03 – Version 3
  7. The Avalanches – Frontier Psychiatrist
  8. The Flaming Lips – Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots, Pt. 1
  9. Weezer – Surf Wax America

A promotional graphic for a music playlist, "Best of 2023 (1/3)", depicting a figure reminiscent of John Lennon playing a guitar, set against a background with silhouettes of castle-like structures, possibly alluding to ghost houses. The design features the year "2023" prominently in the center with the web address "reddgr.com/playlists" below. The style conveys a vintage feel, using sepia tones and a vignette effect, evoking a sense of nostalgia and reverence for musical heritage, coinciding with the release of a new song by The Beatles in the playlist's curation.

Music for dogs of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube…

A sample of my dog’s music videos on Instagram. Link to Instagram Reel

Editing video clips featuring pictures and videos of my dog is a bizarre “side hobby” I’ve developed recently. It is a fun way of building playlists and connecting seemingly unrelated songs. The connection in this case is that I’ve used all of these songs in my Instagram Reels, TikTok Videos, or YouTube Shorts. The YouTube playlist alternates official music videos with some of the dog Shorts I’ve uploaded. Most of them are only on Instagram and TikTok provide much better editing tools. Occasionally, I also post at the Dogs community on X.com moderated by Phil Sledge, one of the greatest “dogfluencers” on the Internet.
